jog/walk 30 min each day.
25 squats on each leg.
2 wall sits for 30 seconds each.
2 sets of 25 leg lowers.
25 crunches on each side.
2 sets of 30 sec. hollow body holds.
25 leg lifts on each side.
25 push ups.
2 30 second planks.
2 sets of 25 tuck ups.
Done for today except my jog/walk which I’m doing after sign language.
